Return & Warranty Policy

We proudly offer a 6-month warranty on every camera sold.

Returns & Exchanges:

  • Within the first 60 days of receiving your camera, you are eligible for a full refund or exchange if your camera experiences mechanical or electrical issues during normal use.

  • After the initial 60-day period, exchanges are available exclusively for items experiencing mechanical or electrical issues covered under warranty.

Non-Defective Returns:

  • Returns made for reasons other than malfunction or defect (such as buyer’s remorse or preference) will incur return shipping costs and a restocking fee:

    • Cameras under $200: 15% restocking fee

    • Cameras over $200: 10% restocking fee

  • This fee helps cover the costs of retesting, cleaning, photographing, and relisting the item.

Eligibility & Condition Requirements:

  • Items must be returned in the condition received, without signs of damage caused by mishandling (e.g., water damage, drop damage, or improper use such as excessive force on an advance lever).

  • Returns are not accepted if the issue was clearly mentioned in the original product description or depicted in product photos (e.g., dead pixels, scratched lenses, resolution, memory card compatibility).

Return Shipping & Packaging:

  • Please package returns securely with sufficient bubble wrap to avoid shipping damage. If an item is damaged during return transit due to inadequate packaging, the return will not be accepted, and the item will be returned to you without a refund.

  • Verified defective or damaged items will qualify for reimbursement of return shipping fees. Original shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.

Misrepresented Returns:

  • If a claimed defect is found to be inaccurate upon inspection, the camera will be returned to you at your expense without issuing a refund. So please be honest with us. 

How to Start a Return:

  • Contact us at socal.cameras00@gmail.com to initiate a return request. Upon approval, we will provide you with a return shipping label and detailed return instructions.

  • Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Damages & Issues:

  • Please inspect your order upon receipt and immediately notify us of any defects, damages, or incorrect items, allowing us to promptly resolve the issue.

Exceptions / Non-returnable Items:

  • Certain items, such as perishable products, custom or personalized items, personal care products, hazardous materials, flammable liquids, gases, sale items, and gift cards, cannot be returned. For questions regarding specific products, please contact us directly.

Refunds:

  • Upon receiving and inspecting your returned item, we will notify you regarding the status of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please note processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
