6 Month Warranty
We provide a 6 month warranty on every camera sold.
In the first 60 days of receiving your camera you are eligible for a full refund or exchange if issues with your camera arise. After the 60 day time period, you are eligible for exchanges only if issues with your camera arise.
To be eligible for a return, your item must have an issue that was not caused by poor handling of the item. This means items can not be returned if the item has water damage, drop damage, or has been misused in a way that has broken the item. (example: applying excessive force to an advance lever when film has already been advanced)
If an electrical or mechanical issue arises over the corse of normal use, we are happy to issue you a return and refund. However, if we get the item back and it does have damage from poor handling we will send it back to you and a refund will not be issued so please be honest with us.
We don't accept if you have an issue with an aspect of the item that was mentioned in the description or shown in the photos (example: resolution & memory card compatibility).
Please package your return item with bubble wrap well enough to handle drop damage. If it comes to us with damage from shipping (large dents, screen damage, ect) we will send it back to you and a refund will not be issued.
Return shipping fees for verified defective or damaged items will be reimbursed. Shipping and handling fees are nonrefundable.
To start a return, you can contact us at socal.cameras00@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
