Refund Policy

We have a 60-day return policy, which means you have 60 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must have an issue caused from regular use. This means items can not be returned if the item has water damage, drop damage, or has been misused (example: applying excessive force to an advance lever when film has already been advanced) in a way that has broken the item. If an electrical or mechanical issue arises over the corse of normal use, we are happy to issue you a return and refund. However, if we get the item back and it does have damage from irregular use we will send it back to you and a refund will not be issued.

We dont accept if you have an issue with an aspect of the item that was mentioned in the description or shown in the photos (example: resolution & memory card compatibility).

Please package your return item with bubble wrap well enough to handle drop damage. If it comes to us with damage from shipping (large dents, screen damage, ect) we will send it back to you and a refund will not be issued.

If it has been more than 60 days and an issue has come up from regular use please reach out. In some cases, if its an obvious issue that has popped up during regular use we will exchange your camera even if its closer to 90 days. 

Return shipping fees for verified defective or damaged items will be reimbursed. Shipping and handling fees are nonrefundable.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
